Super Rosin GXM3

Super rosin GXM is most suitable for the growing field of microsoldering. This solder can be used in an automatic soldering line for precision electronic equipment in which flux and solder scattering may pose a particular problem. Higher working efficiency can be expected. It can achieve the same high reliability as super rosin GXR, even when flux residues are not cleaned. In automatic soldering of precision electronic equipment, flux and solder scattering poses a large problem.

SUPER ROSIN GXM and GXR is resin containing solder which can successfully minimize scattering.

Working efficiency: The flux chlorine contents are as low as 0.1%, but the spread rate has JIS Characteristics B performance. Table 1 below show the spread rate found by heating at 250°C with RH60-1.0ø in accordance with JIS Z 3197.

Super Rosin GXR

Because freon gas regulations have been severely controlled-in recent years, flux residues non-cleaning is required.

Our company therefore tackles the development of a solder with resin which can achieve high reliability and working efficiency even when flux residues are not cleaned, making SUPER ROSIN GXM flux more highly reliable : this is SUPER ROSIN GXR. This solder is the most suitable for micro-soldering in industrial precision equipment requiring high reliability, and car electronics requiring high safety standards.

Working efficiency: Generally, high-reliability flux has a problem in working efficiency, but GXR is an excellent solder in working efficiency with a high-reliability flux conforming to JIS, AA and MIL, RMA.
